In a Bush Wicks Candle Making workshop you will get to pour your very own candles, selecting from a range of fragrances. Learn tips and tricks for working with soy wax, while enjoying good company.

PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
Number of participants: 10 – 20
Cost: $80 - $120 pp
Cost will be determined based on location and optional extras
Duration: 3 hour workshop
Workshops include a glass of sparkling and grazing platter.
PRIVATE WORKSHOPS
Cost: Please enquire via our website to receive a quote. Quote based on cost of supplies, travel & time.
Duration: 3 hour workshop (plus 1 hour either side for set up & pack up)
Workshops include a glass of sparkling and grazing platter, unless other arrangements have been made.
Inviting guests and informing on workshop details is the responsibility of the host. The cost of the workshop will be charged via invoice to the host prior to the workshop date.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Guidance and instruction to pour 2 candles, using Bush Wicks signature fragrances and vessels.
- Instruction booklet to assist in the candle making process, including information on candle safety, suppliers and Bush Wicks candle making specifications.
- Full set up and clean up
- Trestle tables for candle making supplies & participant workspace.
- All materials supplied
- Grazing platter and glass of sparkling
- Participants will receive 10% discount on all Bush Wicks products purchased through the website for 1 month following the workshop.
Optional Extras
- Participants are welcome to BYO additional drinks, depending on the venue.
- Select the option of adding dried botanicals to the candles for an additional cost of $40 per workshop
- Additional candles can be poured at the workshop for an extra charge

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much space is required for set up?
Large room with space to seat all participants comfortably. I will need to set up a trestle to hold supplies to one side with access to electricity. Tables provided. Chairs not included
Where are you located?
My husband, 2 children and I are based on our family farm in Wyalkatchem, situated in the Wheatbelt 200km north-east of Perth.
I am happy to travel anywhere within the south-west of Western Australia for your workshop.

Are children allowed to attend?
Children above the age of 14 are able to participate in my workshops at full cost, however will not be served alcohol.
I do not encourage children aged 13 or younger to attend workshops. If due to unforeseen circumstances children are present, parents are to take full responsibility to ensure children do not touch the candle making equipment or supplies as it can cause a safety risk.
Minimum / Maximum Participants:
Public workshops require a minimum of 10 participants to go ahead.
Private workshops can have down to 5 participants; however, the host will be charged for costs of supplies for the minimum 10 participants.
All workshops have a maximum of 20 participants.
Refund Policy:
A full refund will be offered if cancellations are made 21 days prior to the event.
Cancellations within 7 - 21 days of the event will be offered a credit note to be used on our website or for future workshops.
Due to the logistics of planning, purchasing of supplies and booking of venues, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another person if required.
If due to unforeseen circumstances the workshop needs to be postponed, and you are unable to attend the new date, you will receive a full refund.
